    Feedful helps users discover content, draft posts, schedule social media content, connect social accounts, and publish to supported platforms. By using Feedful, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

    Information We Collect

    We collect information you provide directly to us, information from the third-party services you connect, and limited information generated automatically when you use Feedful.

    • Account and profile information, such as your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up or log in.
    • Connected account data, such as Instagram account identifiers, access tokens, and related metadata needed to keep your connected social accounts working.
    • Content data, such as drafted posts, uploaded media, captions, hashtags, scheduling details, and related publishing history.
    • Billing and subscription information handled through Stripe, including subscription status, customer identifiers, and pricing plan details. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
    • Usage, analytics, and diagnostic information, including interactions with the product, device and browser details, IP-derived network information, cookies or similar technologies, and error logs collected through tools such as PostHog and Sentry.
    • Third-party content metadata when you search or interact with sources integrated into Feedful, such as Reddit content used for discovery workflows.

    How We Use Information

    We use personal information to operate, improve, secure, and support Feedful. This includes using data to authenticate users, maintain connected social accounts, display and manage scheduled content, process subscription purchases, monitor performance, investigate abuse, and communicate with you about the service.

    We may also use information in aggregated or de-identified form for analytics, product planning, and service improvement where permitted by law.

    How We Share Information

    We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in limited circumstances needed to provide Feedful or comply with legal obligations.

    • With service providers that help us run Feedful, such as hosting, authentication, billing, analytics, and error-monitoring vendors.
    • With third-party platforms you choose to connect, when needed to authenticate your account, retrieve account information, schedule content, or publish content on your behalf.
    • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Feedful, our users, or others.
    • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable confidentiality and legal requirements.

    Data Retention

    We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Feedful, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations.

    If you disconnect a social account, delete content, or close your account, some information may remain in backups, logs, invoices, or other records for a limited period where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

    Feedful is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
