    Terms of Service

    Last updated April 8, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Feedful, including our website, applications, and related services. By creating an account, accessing Feedful, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Feedful on behalf of a company or another entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to you include that entity.

    Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials and connected third-party accounts.

You may not share your account in a way that violates these Terms, bypass security controls, or impersonate another person or organization.

    Using Feedful

Subject to these Terms, Feedful grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for your internal business or personal content-management purposes.

You agree to use Feedful in compliance with applicable law and the rules, policies, and platform terms of any third-party services you connect or publish to through Feedful.

    Third-Party Services

Feedful relies on third-party providers and social platforms, including authentication providers, Stripe, analytics services, and supported social networks. Your use of those services may also be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, policy changes, or actions they take with respect to your account, content, or data. If a third-party platform changes its API, permissions, or policies, Feedful may need to modify or discontinue related functionality.

    Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, upload, schedule, or publish through Feedful. You grant Feedful a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as necessary to operate, improve, and support the service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and consents needed for the content you use with Feedful and for the way that content is published or distributed.

    Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Feedful to engage in unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive conduct, or in a way that interferes with the service or other users.

    • Violating intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, advertising, or platform rules.
    • Uploading malware, attempting unauthorized access, scraping the service in a prohibited way, or interfering with system integrity or security.
    • Using Feedful to send spam, coordinate inauthentic behavior, or publish content that is fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise unlawful.
    • Circumventing usage limits, subscription restrictions, or other technical or contractual controls.

    Fees and Billing

Some parts of Feedful may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes and authorize the payment processor we use to charge your selected payment method.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Pricing, billing cycles, trial availability, and included features may vary by plan and may change from time to time. Any refunds, if offered, are provided at our discretion unless applicable law requires otherwise.

    Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Feedful, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Feedful or others, failed to pay applicable fees, or if we need to do so for legal or security reasons.

You may stop using Feedful at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions related to payments due, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute-related matters.

    Intellectual Property

Feedful, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other service content, is owned by Feedful or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

    Disclaimers

Feedful is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every third-party platform, device, or workflow.

We also do not guarantee any specific business results, audience growth, engagement metrics, publication success, or uninterrupted access to third-party platform integrations.

    Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feedful and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of Feedful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Feedful for all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Feedful for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid us during that period.

    Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of Feedful after the updated Terms become effective means you agree to the revised Terms.
